Deposit Bank Account Update If your company's deposit bank account has changed, funds from your transactions will continue to go into your old account until we receive a completed and signed ACH/DDA Change form (click here for PDF) with a copy of a voided check for the new account. This form can only be signed by someone who signed the merchant processing agreement.
