Below are Total Merchant Services policies regarding warranties and returns on equipment we provide. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions.

 

* All equipment purchased through Total Merchant Services, new or refurbished, includes a manufacturer warranty.

 

* We will replace or repair any purchased equipment within thirty (30) days of purchase. After this time, we work with customers to contact the manufacturers for any needed service.

 

* Unopened equipment may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, at the merchantís expense. In some cases a restocking fee may be applied to the return.

 

* Software products cannot be returned for a refund.
